A slow-paced class incorporating yogic breathing, fundamental movements including basic stepping-style Sun Salutations, standing poses, balancing poses and other classical postural elements. This class is for newer students and those who prefer a moderate practice. Props and modifications are offered for good alignment and ease in the postures.
