a method to turn on and turn off a neurogenic tremor in the body which is part of the blueprint of the body and the antidote to stress
a simple technique to assist in metabolizing emotions
a meditation to protect and empower
Rose will guide you in an empowering process to benefit you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This process releases the past from your body. You will complete the class feeling grounded and fortified.
